Long turned parts
Turned parts up to 70mm in length and 12mm in diameter using conventional machinery. In the CNC range, up to 120mm in length and 16mm in diameter.
CNC turned parts
For turned parts with complex requirements and tolerances in the IT sector, our new 5-axis machine is at your disposal. Up to a diameter of 20mm we manufacture turned parts for you in the CNC area from materials such as 1.4305, 1.4104, 1.4401 as well as lead-free brass and aluminum from a quantity of 100 pieces.
Milled parts
Our customers from the equipment and apparatus engineering as well as the valve manufacturers, we want to offer an integrated delivery program.
Therefore, we work in the area of milled parts up to the dimensions 50x50x50mm³ with a qualified partner. It is possible to purchase all mechanical parts of an assembly from us.
Turned parts max. 300mm
Turned parts lathed at both ends with safety ring insertion and threads at both ends with an overall length of up to 300mm.
Fasson turned parts
The word “Fasson”, from the French word for “style”, usually refers to contoured rotating parts such as are often observed in turning parts like handles and levers or connection elements such as hose nozzles in client-specific applications.
Cross-recessed turned parts
Cross-recessed parts with drilled holes or small collets, for the clamping of tools, flints for fittings, or as inserts in moulded parts.
